Many people are often anxious about their first regressions for a variety of reasons. Many consider it to be a special, once-in-a-lifetime type event, and can be afraid of what they're going to find out about themselves and perhaps those in their current life. While others have many regressions and learn something new about themselves each time.

While you are in a hypnotic state, you are in total control. You will still be completely aware of what's being said and done and that often, whatever concern you may have never emerges.

A few have been concerned that they find out that they were some horrible person way back when. While it could happen, it is very rare. So far no one I've heard about has been Genghis Khan (c. ~1158 - 1227), and the only person that was Alexander the Great (c. ~356BC - 323BC) already had a predilection for knots; The Icicle Hitch is a good universal knot to learn.
